Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "vip4dp", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the vip4dp platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://vip4dp.cam.
• "Platform" — the vip4dp website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, products, features, and content made available to registered members.
• "User", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or places a wager through the Platform.
• "Member" — a User who has successfully completed the registration process and whose account is in active standing.
• "Account" — the individual user account created by a Member following successful registration, through which all Platform activity is conducted.
• "Wallet" — the Rupiah-denominated balance held within a Member's Account, funded by deposits and credited by winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by vip4dp that are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money Wallet balances.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by vip4dp prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• "Togel" — togel, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery format offered on the Platform.
• "Wager" — any bet, stake, or play placed by a Member using real-money Wallet funds or eligible Bonus Funds on any game or market offered by vip4dp.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency of account for all transactions on the Platform.

Eligibility

The following conditions must be satisfied in order to register and maintain an Account on vip4dp:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
2. You are the sole beneficial owner of the Account and are acting on your own behalf.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close associate of vip4dp or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by vip4dp for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, either voluntary or mandatory, applicable to online gaming platforms.
7. You understand that gambling involves a risk of financial loss, and you are wagering only funds that you can afford to lose.

vip4dp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to maintain one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or Bonus Funds.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for ensuring that this information remains accurate and for notifying vip4dp promptly of any changes via your account settings or our support team.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before vip4dp processes any withdrawal, Members must complete our KYC identity verification procedure. This typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. The KYC process is generally completed within three business hours during WIB working hours. vip4dp may request additional documentation at its sole discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.

Members are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials. vip4dp will never contact you via any channel to request your password. You agree to notify vip4dp's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the vip4dp Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following payment channels are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual channel availability:

• Indonesian Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• Indonesian E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Processing times vary by channel but are typically instant for e-wallets and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed by vip4dp's automated payout engine. Most withdrawals to major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are completed within five minutes during WIB business hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, bank maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high transaction volume.

vip4dp does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which vip4dp accepts no liability.

vip4dp reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request at its discretion, and to delay processing pending satisfactory review. This right is exercised solely for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.

Bonuses and Promotions

vip4dp offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless an individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, sports betting, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) may contribute at a lower rate. Game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
3. Time Limits: Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically upon deadline.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits this. Activating a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5. No Abuse: vip4dp reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated multi-account play, reverse bet hedging, arbitrage strategies, or any other form of systematic exploitation.

Members who have self-excluded or imposed deposit limits on their Account are not eligible to receive or activate bonuses during the restriction period.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All Wagers placed on the vip4dp Platform are subject to the rules of the specific game or sports market on which the Wager is placed. Comprehensive game rules are available within each game's information panel and on the relevant product pages.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. Settlement times vary by sport and market type. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding a result, vip4dp reserves the right to delay settlement pending independent verification. Dead heat rules, void market rules, and Asian handicap calculation methods are detailed in the sportsbook rules section.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time HD broadcast studios. All card shuffles and wheel spins are conducted in full view of the camera. vip4dp uses third-party live casino providers whose games are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Standard baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and dragon tiger rules apply as published by the game provider.

Slots and RNG Games: All slot games, video poker, and other RNG-based casino games are certified by independent auditors to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and fair. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are listed within each game's information panel.

Togel: vip4dp's togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) product follows standard 2D, 3D, and 4D draw formats with prize structures published at the time of draw. Draw times are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). Draw results are independently verified before settlement.

Members are prohibited from using any automated betting software, bots, or scripts. Accounts found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all pending bets will be voided.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip4dp Platform. Engagement in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds that do not belong to you or using a payment method owned by a third party.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or skill-based games.
• Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place Wagers or exploit game algorithms.
• Engaging in money laundering, credit card fraud, or any other form of financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward vip4dp staff or other Members via live chat or any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or otherwise dispute legitimate deposits or withdrawals without valid cause.

vip4dp cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Any suspected criminal activity will be reported and supporting evidence, including transaction records and account data, will be provided upon lawful request.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vip4dp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, data compilations, and the overall design and functionality of the site — is the exclusive property of vip4dp or its third-party licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from vip4dp.

The vip4dp name, logo, and all related branding are registered trademarks. Use of these marks for any commercial purpose without vip4dp's prior written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

vip4dp provides its Platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to ensure platform availability, security, and accuracy of information, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, odds, or information displayed on the Platform.
• The security of data transmission over the internet or the prevention of unauthorised access.
• The compatibility of the Platform with all devices or internet service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip4dp, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other form of economic loss.

You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of vip4dp complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction. vip4dp does not provide legal advice and does not accept any liability arising from your breach of local gambling laws.

Members are responsible for maintaining adequate internet connectivity, device functionality, and software updates required to access the Platform. vip4dp is not liable for any losses resulting from interrupted connectivity, device malfunction, or outdated software.

Privacy and Data Protection

vip4dp respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with international data protection standards. Full details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your information are set out in our dedicated Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

vip4dp implements industry-standard SSL encryption (256-bit) to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and you acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Account Suspension and Termination

vip4dp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice where we reasonably believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• False, fraudulent, or misleading information was provided during registration or KYC verification.
• The Account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The Member is under 21 years of age or is otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• The Account displays indicators consistent with problem gambling behavior, and the Member has not responded to outreach from our responsible gaming team.

Member-Initiated Closure: Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance will be returned to the Member following standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds and incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Following Account termination, Members are prohibited from creating new Accounts on the vip4dp Platform. Attempts to circumvent a termination will result in permanent blacklisting and may result in legal action.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip4dp holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in vip4dp's licensing agreement.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you waive any right to commence or participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against vip4dp.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

vip4dp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Members. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may display a notification banner on the Platform homepage.

Continued use of the vip4dp Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. vip4dp recommends checking this page at least once per quarter.
